In this post, I show you an example of my simple Ukrainian dinner food that allows me to keep fit and healthy.
I lost 15 kg of weight thanks to my new diet. This allows me to stay in good shape.
You can see my results in the photo where I show the result of my fitness transformation.
I only have two meals a day - lunch around 12 am and dinner around 6 pm.
As you can see, I eat a lot of food in one meal, but nevertheless, such a diet allows me to stay in good physical shape.
The meal consists of:
- Pears - about 1 kg. About 400 calories,
- Minced meat-stuffed crepes - about 600 calories,
- Pearl barley - 200 grams, cooked in water for about an hour with salt and sprinkled with a teaspoon of ground flax seeds after cooking. It's about 600 calories,
- Tomatoes. I don't count their calories because it's too little.
Total about 1600 calories.
I usually allow myself such a high-calorie dinner on the days when I workout, but not necessarily. I can have a low-calorie lunch so dinner can be a higher-calorie. I count calories pretty roughly.
This type of dinner allows me to keep my weight at about 80 kg.
