This movie inspired me very much to workout hard at the very beginning of my bodybuilder career. I vividly recall the early days of my competitive bodybuilding journey when I came across this video featuring Dorian Yates. I meticulously observed and documented every detail of his training regimen, including the number of sets and reps for each exercise. I eagerly anticipated the opportunity to train like the legendary Mr. Olympia himself. The greatest respect for this athlete!
