Long-Lived Bodybuilder Albert Beckles Turned 93!

The outstanding long-lived bodybuilder Albert Beckles turned 93 years old in July, and this honorable old champion still feels fine. He walks with support now but feels great for his age.

Short Bio: 
Albert Beckles was born July 14, 1930, on the island of Barbados, which is a colony of England. He moved to London, where he began doing bodybuilding.
In the mid-60s, he gets his first title of NABBA. In 1967, he wins the "Mr. Universe". In 1971 he came under the wing of the IFBB and began breaking through to the Olympus of bodybuilding.

 Throughout his career, Albert Beckles has participated in 100 events. In 1982, he wins the "Night of Champions." Beckles competed at "Olympia" 13 times in a row. In 1991 he participated in the Olympia contest for the Last time. Niagara Falls Pro was the end of his career.
Beckles is well known for his biceps peaks. Joe Weider said once that Beckles could train three times a day: morning, afternoon, and evening. In addition, Beckles was a vegetarian.
