Dennis Wolf The Return Of The Wolf - Road To The Olympia - Part 3



In Part 3 of Dennis Wolf Olympia preparation, the sequence begins again to Dennis James kitchen table. This time, he reveals that his progress stir this year by a change in training her.

In particular, he adds one every few weeks Shock training, in which he completely differently than in previous weeks training.

Also, there was still a little insight into his Preworkout Nutrition . Interestingly, he does not trust the whole year on training booster, but adds it only added shortly before the competition if he has a diet low energy level.
